My Approach....

I use a person-centred, relational and integrative approach with counselling tailored to your needs.

I provide a confidential, non-judgemental safe space to support you to explore your thoughts and feelings about issues and relationships at a pace which suits you. I aim to facilitate you to develop insight, increase self-esteem and well-being and to make lasting positive changes to your life.

I can arrange an introductory session to discuss your needs and to help you decide whether you would like to have counselling with me. If you decide to go ahead, I offer weekly counselling; each session is 50 minutes and normally held at the same time each week. We can agree how many sessions you initially feel is right for you and then we can later review this.
